The slow cooker makes this a tasty easy dinner.

When it's cold outside, I love the comfort of a slow cooker. You can plug it in when you leave for work, and come home to a home full of yummy smells and dinner waiting. I like this pot roast recipe because it's great with carrots and potatoes. But if you have left overs, it makes great tacos the next day. A two night dinner all in one!
